I am a chiropractor in the Comox Valley with a passion for movement and health.

My aim is to help make sense of your pain and come up with personalized strategies to manage it. I prioritize fostering a safe and open space while working with you to achieve your goals. My practice focuses on creating long-term solutions that will help you feel happy, healthy and confident.

I value an evidenced-based approach consisting of education, movement strategies, and hands-on therapy to empower you to take control of your health.

With a special interest in prenatal/postpartum care and women’s health, I am dedicated to changing the narrative that pregnancy means constant aches and pains. I believe that pregnancy and the postpartum period does not have to mean losing yourself to your body. ​ I love what I do and I am excited to hear your story. In my clinic, everyone is welcome!
